Dear Parents & Campers

We are sending this out to all families (both session 1 & Session 2) - Better to get details to all then miss one.

Here we go for families signed up for - SESSION 1! After 23 years of running this camp and coming off an awesome camp last summer - we are excited to get started this Monday. Registration will start at 8:15 Monday morning July 7th, 2025.

It is going to be great weather for an awesome week of camp. We allow walk up registrations so tell your friends.

Location: WISSAHICKON MIDDLE SCHOOL - 500 Houston Rd, Lower Gwynedd Township (Ambler), PA 19002

2025 Times: 8:30am – 1:30 pm (Drop off time 8:00-8:30)

Session 1: July 7th to July 11th (Monday – Friday) 

Session 2: July 14th to July 18th  (Monday – Friday)

Notes for Camp - GOING TO BE A FUN WEEK!

Campers should have:

·       All lacrosse equipment (K, 1st, & 2nd graders just need a stick) ((2nd graders who have equipment and would like to play with equipment may choose to do so))

·       Cleats and Sneakers (in case we go in the gym or play box lax on the tennis courts)

·       LARGE Water bottle (WITH YOUR NAME ON IT)

·       Sun screen (the ladies under the tent will have sun screen if forget or need reapply)

·       Snack/small lunch - example: sandwich / chips / fruit

*(please let the ladies under the tent know if you have any food allergies)


VERY IMPORTANT - PUT YOUR NAME OR INITIALS ON EVERYTHING!!!

Bad weather – we will be monitoring weather apps throughout the day. If rain is coming we will play through or wait it out. If severe weather (Storms) are on our horizon – we will post to social media (so please follow us) for you to come get your camper. We would like each family to have someone on call to be able to come and get your camper within 30 min.

Drop off & Pick Up Routine for Wissahickon Middle School:

1.     Drop off = in MS parking lot near tent OR park in street OR park over in high school lot (careful crossing road).

2.     Pick Up = Please tell your camper where you will meet them at the end of the day.

Weekly Schedule Reminders:

· Be Your Best Camp store open everyday

· Donation of used/old lacrosse equipment collected everyday (Please put any old lacrosse equipment in a bag and drop off under tent any morning – thank you) We love the opportunity to pay it forward for any old equipment you do not use anymore.

· Fire truck either Wed or Thur (we will monitor the heat as the week goes and let you know)

· Big lacrosse camp store will be announced.

· Friday at 12:45 is awards ceremony - Parents welcome – we will be in the middle school gym (A/C)
